Why managers call us
Less coordination for you
Several units, one request
List every unit and door in one request. We inspect them together where we can, so you aren’t booking each one separately.
Planned around occupancy
Give us guest dates, vacant windows and access details. We fit visits around them and confirm timing with you first.
Price confirmed before repairs
We explain what each door needs and what it costs, and nothing goes ahead until it’s approved.
Repairs in occupied rentals
A guest may be staying while a door needs attention. Tell us about check-in and check-out, any vacant windows, and how access works, and we’ll plan the visit around them. If a door won’t lock, say so in your request so we can talk about timing straight away.
Many sliding doors in a building were installed together and wear the same way. If one unit’s door drags or won’t latch, it’s worth listing the others you’re unsure about in the same request.
Condos and associations
Mention the building, the floor and how to reach the door: gate, elevator or parking. If your association requires notice, approval or approved contractors, include that in your request.
Commercial properties
We also repair sliding doors in restaurants, offices, hotels and other commercial buildings. Tell us your opening hours and access so the visit fits around your business.
What to include in your request
The more we know up front, the easier it is to plan the visit.
- The address or unit number for each door
- What each door is doing, and for how long
- Guest dates or vacant windows
- Access: lockbox, code, or who to meet
- Who approves the work and the price
- Any association notice or approval rules
Photos help us prepare
Photos are optional. A wide photo of each door and a close-up of the bottom corner and track let us arrive with the likely parts in mind. The onsite inspection confirms the work and the price.
Property manager questions
Can one request cover several units?
Yes. List the units and the doors involved in one request, with unit numbers or addresses. We inspect each door and confirm the price for each one before any repair.
What if guests or tenants are in the unit?
Tell us when the unit is occupied, when it’s vacant, and how access works: a lockbox, a code, or someone to meet. We plan the visit around that and confirm timing with you first.
Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Ask us. Tell us how many units you manage and how often you’d like doors checked, and we’ll talk through what would work and confirm the price with you before any visit.
Who approves the work?
Whoever you tell us is authorised: you, the owner or the association. We explain the recommended repair and the price, and nothing goes ahead until that person approves.

Tell us about your units.
Request an onsite inspection and list the doors and how access works. We’ll contact you to plan the visits.
